These terms govern your use of solenebar.com and your purchase of products from Solène ("Solène", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Solène sells a cosmetic cleansing bar. Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin to cleanse it.

We describe our products honestly and make no claim, express or implied, that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or otherwise affects any disease, condition, or bodily function. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin concern or a known sensitivity, please consult a qualified professional and review the full ingredient list before use.

Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Because each bar is made in small batches and natural botanicals vary, slight differences in color, scent, and appearance are normal and are not defects.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.

The Solène name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
