Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within two business days of purchase.
- We ship across the United States and Canada, with complimentary standard shipping on every order.
- Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves us.
- Every order is packed plastic-free — the bar in a recyclable paper wrap, inside a recyclable box.
Returns & exchanges
- If something is not right, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Unopened bars may be returned for a full refund of the product price.
- If a bar arrives damaged in transit, send a photo and we will replace it at no cost — no need to return it.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received or your claim is approved.
Lost or delayed orders
- If tracking has not moved in five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
- We stand behind every order until it reaches you.
